Research Fit

Our methodological interests include generative models, representation learning, physics-informed learning, and spatiotemporal modeling. These directions connect to medical image and video generation, longitudinal prediction, and physiological modeling. See our research directions and selected publications.

Review process: I will review applications weekly and respond to students whom I believe could be a good fit.

Prospective PhD Students for Fall 2027

Expectations: I am looking for self-motivated PhD students with solid math background and experience in developing ML and CV methods. Publication record in major ML/CV venues is preferred. Experience in biomedical applications is a plus, but not required.
